The Springs Handyman Service offers Clients 35 years of experience in the construction and home repair business. I have owned and operated my own Handyman business for the past 16 years. Small home repairs are my specialty, anything from rotted wood repair, sheetrock repair, replacing toilets, faucets, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, small painting projects, pressure washing, TV mounts, Dryer vent cleaning, and much more. Just give me a call and we can discuss your next project. We offer all military and veterans 10% off the labor of any project.   

We offer toilet repair or replacement. New vanities, lights, faucets, painting, and mirror hanging.

EXTERIOR

Exterior services include pressure washing, mailbox replacement, debris removal, fence repair, etc.

Rotted wood repair or replacement, to include deck boards, siding, trim boards, and door casings.

Simple interior or exterior door replacements. Storm door installation, bi-fold doors, and screen doors.

Small interior paint jobs, exterior touch-ups, doors and decks.

Ceiling fans hung or replaced, light switch or receptacle fixed. Replace light fixtures inside or out.

The builder of the house didn't put flashing under all of the rear deck. This caused water to come back under the siding and over time rotted the wood paneling. Mike completed all the work in a timely manner and on budget. I have additional work planned for the basement and I will be contacting him again.
